Enrollment:  You will be enrolled in a class once we receive your registration and payment.  We will call you if there is any problem with your registration ( e.g., class is full,
or was canceled due to low enrollment). 

Refunds:  We will  issue a full refund when a class is canceled.  You may withdraw from
a class and get a refund (minus a $ 10 processing fee) if you notify us at least one week prior to class start date.  Please be aware that refunds for cash and checks take about 2-3 weeks.

Holidays, School Closings, and Inclement Weather:  Classes follow Needham Public Schools' schedule unless otherwise noted in class description.  Please check Channels 4, 5 and 7 for up-to-date cancellations, or check the Needham Public Schools website at www.needham.k12.ma.us

Evaluations:  Evaluations will be handed out at the end of each course.  Please take a few minutes to give us your feedback.  Your opinions and suggestions matter and are very important to us.
